Croneybyrne Courtyard Terms and Conditions

Acceptance and Confirmation of your Booking is subject to the following conditions:

 

Booking Deposit:

A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% of the total cost is required on booking.

An invoice or letter of confirmation will be forwarded to you when the booking deposit has been received.

Reservations are only confirmed when we receive the booking deposit, until this happens it is possible for other parties to reserve the house for the same period, and we cannot be held liable if this happens.

We have the right to enter the property if it is felt that the property is not being kept in a reasonable manner, or the occupants of the property are causing a nuisance to other neighbouring properties.

 

Balance of Payment:

The balance of payment must be made at least two weeks prior to the arrival date.

 

Change to your Booking:

In the event of you wishing to make a change to your booking. If we can facilitate you in any such change, your right to a subsequent refund under our cancellation terms is no longer applicable.

 

Method of Payment:

We accept payment by Bank Transfer, Debit or Credit Card, or Pay Pal.

 

Cancellation by Customer:

In the event that you wish to cancel your holiday home reservation, the following charges will apply:

On all reservations:  The booking deposit is withheld except where cancellation made within 24 hours of making the booking. In such a case we will refund all monies paid.

 

Less than 2 weeks before arrival date: 

The Booking Fee is non refundable and 100% of the total cost of the booking value.

 

Guests who book using a third-party channel such as booking.com or airbnb are advised to check with the relevant third party for information on the third party’s policies.

 

Arrival & Departure Time:

We would appreciate it if you would contact us 24-48 hours prior to your commencement date with an estimated time of arrival.

Check in time on day of arrival is from 4pm onwards.

Please keep in contact should you be delayed.

 

Check out time on day of departure is 11am.

 

Security/damage deposit:

A security/damage deposit of €150 must be given on arrival. This will be returned to you provided the management are satisfied that there have been no damages or breakages.  Cost of repairs or replacement to the property or it’s contents will be deducted from the security deposit, with an additional charge where this is insufficient. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit.

The cottage must be left as it is found and the cost of repairs to or the replacement of property will be the responsibility of the guest/s.

 

 

Right to Decline:

Croneybyrne Courtyard reserves the right to refuse, alter or cancel a booking at any time due to a guests behaviour which could impact on other guests or the property and its contents.

The proprietors, may visit your holiday home to inspect the property or carry out any repairs or maintenance when necessary.

 

Utility Charges:

Heating oil is an extra charge based on consumption, so you only pay for what you use and must be paid prior to departure.

 

Accommodation Capacity:

The total number of guests staying in each holiday home must not exceed the maximum capacity unless the management have accepted so.

 

Bed Linen & Towels:

Bed linen and towels are supplied free of charge in all of our properties.

 

Cots & Highchairs:

Cots and highchairs are available but must be booked in advance.

 

Our Commitment to Cleanliness:

We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and have taken additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and associates.  Our health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from hand washing hygiene and cleaning product specifications.

 

Specific steps Croneybyrne Courtyard is taking include:

Hand Hygiene: Proper and frequent hand washing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses.

 

  • Ongoing Training: In housekeeping and hygiene protocols.
  • House keeping use cleaning and disinfecting protocols after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items even house keys.
